Health & safety

Health and safety procedures and instructions are very important to us. All of Quad’s staff members receive a “New Empoloyee Guide” during their onboarding proccess. We have implemented certification for a safety and health management system compliant with ISO 45001, and established a Health and Safety Committee, which has jurisdiction over all our facilities. Detailed procedures ensure the safety of employees and minimise the number of accidents.

Environmental assessment of suppliers

Quad has developed Supplier Code of Conduct that clarifies our requirements in business integrity, labor practices, associate health and safety, and environmental management. Our Suppliers must enter into contracts and execute purchase orders that mandate compliance with it.

We encourage our customers and suppliers to make responsible choices and use certified paper. In our product range, you will find items and paper with FSC, PEFC, EU Ecolabel, Cradle to Cradle, and Blue Angel certifications.

Eco-friendlier transportation

We are planning the transportation of products in a way that minimises the impact on the environment. Our goal is to significantly enhance our efficiency and effectiveness in regards to the cargo space optimisation index.

Transforming our fleet in an eco-friendly direction aligns with our vision of social responsibility and helps us meet environmental requirements. We are committed to achieving 100% compliance with EURO 5 and 6 standards for all our international transports.
