International Sales Service Specialist (with German language)

Responsibilities
- Supporting the Sales Team in day-to-day sales activities.
- Being customer interface to the internal departments.
- Client and new job onboarding.
- Preparing offers and processing orders.
- Managing orders within the internal system.
- Organizing client visits and participating in print approval processes.
- Analyzing order performance and coordinating initiatives to improve profitability.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service.
- Fluency in German (spoken and written).
- Good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
- Minimum secondary education required.
- Strong customer focus and a proactive approach.
- Excellent task management skills and self-discipline.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Very good knowledge of MS Office.
- Familiarity with printing processes will be an asset.
