International Sales Service Specialist (with German language)

Responsibilities

• Supporting the Sales Team in day-to-day sales activities.
• Being customer interface to the internal departments.
• Client and new job onboarding.
• Preparing offers and processing orders.
• Managing orders within the internal system.
• Organizing client visits and participating in print approval processes.
• Analyzing order performance and coordinating initiatives to improve profitability.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales support or customer service.
• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Good command of Polish and English (minimum B2 level).
• Minimum secondary education required.
• Strong customer focus and a proactive approach.
• Excellent task management skills and self-discipline.
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
• Very good knowledge of MS Office.
• Familiarity with printing processes will be an asset.
