Sales Support Specialist (with German language)

Responsibilities

• Supporting and coordinating sales projects carried out by our German remote sales office.
• Determining the terms and conditions of order fulfillment and delivery.
• Launching production orders and cooperation with Technology department in their implementation.
• Supervision over the correctness and timeliness of order execution.

Requirements

• Very good command of German in spoken and written
• Communicative knowledge of Polish and English.
• Higher education.
• Ability to build good relationships with client.
• Commitment to teamwork.
• Efficient communication.
• Very good organizational skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office.
• Experience in customer service will be an asset.
