POS/Packaging Designer

Responsibilities

• Assessing the feasibility of projects.
• Designing POS materials and packaging, considering quality and deadlines.
• Creating prototypes for drawn designs.
• Determining folding methods and specifying gluing times.
• Preparing palletization, graphic files, and other necessary documents for production processes.
• Entering data into the system and ensuring documentation consistency.
• Close cooperation with sales, technology, costing, and production departments.
• Presence and validate orders in the production area at the start of more complex projects.
• Developing design skills.
• Increasing knowledge of design techniques and materials used.

Requirements

• Higher education.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency in ArtiosCad.
• At least good knowledge of Polish and English.
• Experience and knowledge in the printing industry and materials used.
• Knowledge of production processes necessary for the production of packaging and POS materials.
• Creativity, autonomy and initiative.
• Organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work with clients and openness to their needs.
• Category B driving license.
