New Business Manager

Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new clients, tender briefs.
  • Responsibility for the budget of the new business department.
  • Cold calling, representing the company at meetings.
  • Active participation in the tender process, leading the process, negotiations.
  • Supporting the implementation of tenders - cooperation with the agency departments; client service, strategy and creation and the client. Coordinating and supervising the bid preparation process.
  • Market analysis, search for potential clients.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years' experience in a similar position in an advertising agency.
  • Knowledge of the marketing industry and current trends.
  • Developed contact base and network of relationships with potential clients.
  • Knowledge of English at the level of min. C1.
  • Independence, commitment, openness to people.
  • Ability to establish contacts and conduct business talks.
  • Ability to independently conduct bidding processes.
  • Ability to maintain and develop relationships.
  • Ability to make decisions and give their recommendations.
  • Very good work organization and high accuracy.
  • Negotiation skills.
