International Forwarder

Responsibilities

• Receiving transport orders.
• Sourcing and selecting the appropriate supplier.
• Analyzing and planning transport orders.
• Negotiating terms of cooperation with the supplier.
• Handling transport orders
• Monitoring the execution of transport orders.
• Handling complaints.
• Monitoring the transport market (legal regulations, market situation, suppliers).
• Acquiring new clients and suppliers.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers.

Requirements

• Experience in customer service (preferably business clients).
• Experience in a logistics or transport company and knowledge of transport exchanges.
• Very good command of Polish and English languages.
• Minimum secondary education.
• Highly developed communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Teamwork orientation, including building relationships with colleagues.
• Analytical thinking skills.
• Proactivity in problem-solving.
• Accuracy and timeliness in task execution.
• Ability to manage tasks well and prioritize time.
• Customer orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Practical knowledge of MS Office.
