International Forwarder
Responsibilities
- Receiving transport orders.
- Sourcing and selecting the appropriate supplier.
- Analyzing and planning transport orders.
- Negotiating terms of cooperation with the supplier.
- Handling transport orders
- Monitoring the execution of transport orders.
- Handling complaints.
- Monitoring the transport market (legal regulations, market situation, suppliers).
- Acquiring new clients and suppliers.
- Maintaining good relationships with clients and suppliers.
Requirements
- Experience in customer service (preferably business clients).
- Experience in a logistics or transport company and knowledge of transport exchanges.
- Very good command of Polish and English languages.
- Minimum secondary education.
- Highly developed communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Teamwork orientation, including building relationships with colleagues.
- Analytical thinking skills.
- Proactivity in problem-solving.
- Accuracy and timeliness in task execution.
- Ability to manage tasks well and prioritize time.
- Customer orientation.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Practical knowledge of MS Office.
